April 2007	Co-founded an NGO called Panango that sends college students to Papua New Guinea to teach English while researching villagers' needs. Village the Game will be their training simulation for deploying solutions.
March 2007	After months of remote team management Village has a functional demo, and complete design document for a casual download release of Village. Darian begins scouting California talent to clean up demo before showing to investors and the public.
November 2006	Darian moved to Stanford area and began a successful campaign of networking within the social enterprise community.
October 2006	Began development of Village demo after months of research and writing design specs.
September 2006	Got press way earlier than expected on WorldChanging.com. Also Darian flew to Kenya and India to connect with social entrepreneurs that are promoted in Village the Game.
August 2006	Completed first piece of concept art for the game.
May 2006	Founded by Darian Hickman after an inspiring conversation with friends in Pasadena, CA.
